“As it relates to issue of Conflict of Interest, can the Chief Secretary confirm whether his Executive Council subscribes to recusals and whether any member had to recuse himself/herself from any decision made by the Executive Council?”

Thank you, Madam Presiding Officer. Yes,the Executive Council practises recusals and yes, on many occasions, there have been recusals.
