Certainly.As you recognize there is now a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Tobago Regional Health Authority (TRHA) that has a spending limit. When the spending limit is reached, the Administrator of the Division of Health, Wellness and Social Protection, is able to sign off. If that spending limit is reached, the Chief Administrator is able to sign off.
